"WHAT LIES BEHIND US & WHAT LIES BEFORE US" - Ralph Emerson
Staley James grew up in Texarkana, Texas. He worked in local restaurants before moving to Austin, Texas to attend Le Cordon Bleu. While attending, he gained experience with sauté and food preparation by working at Flemings Prime Steakhouse. After graduating with his Culinary Arts degree, he started working as a production cook at Whole Foods Market. From there, he moved up to Sous Chef and Supervisor. He is knowledgeable with knife skills and is a certified food handler and Culinarian.
Moving back to his hometown to be an Executive Chef at Twisted Fork Grill and Lounge, Staley is adding a vast knowledge of skills in creating New American dishes.
Brianna James graduated in 2009 from The Texas Culinary Academy with a certificate in Le Cordon Bleu Patisserie and Baking. She utilized her skills to customize beautiful cakes, pastries and to construct wedding cakes while living in Austin, Texas. As a decorator, she creates pastries that are both beautiful and delectable. Creating is a passion for her and she prides herself in ‘thinking outside the box’ to impress her customers.
Brianna is the Pastry Chef for Twisted Fork Grill and Lounge and will create luscious desserts and specialty items.
