Pastry Chef - Bri Flanagan graduated in 2009 from The Texas Culinary Academy with a certificate in Le Cordon Bleu Patisserie and Baking. She utilized her skills to customize beautiful cakes, pastries and to construct wedding cakes while living in Austin, Texas. As a decorator, she creates pastries that are both beautiful and delectable. Creating is a passion for her and she prides herself in ‘thinking outside the box’ to impress her customers.
Brianna is the Pastry Chef for Twisted Fork Grill and Lounge and will create luscious desserts and specialty items.
